May 2017

Carli read all of the books on the list and was invited to attend a fun party at school. She still is almost always found with her nose in a book, cute girl!

She also dressed up as a shoulder devil for a fun Activity Days activity. She was very excited to reenact a Studio C skit. Especially since one of her leader's sister is an actress on the show.

Still enjoying being outside. We always love going to Central Park, walking around the lake, playing on the playground and bird watching.

I especially love going in the spring time when gigantic families like this one are out and about. Look at all those cute little chicks!

Cheeser!

So handsome!

Milo had a fun time doing a playgroup/preschool with his friends this year. Our last day picnic was a sad day. :(

It was so fun to have friends come back to visit. Student housing has a few perks, but by far the best is all the wonderful friends we made there. It is impossible to duplicate that and we will forever be grateful for our time with them.

May was a significant time in our family. Logan walked in graduation and Tom and Lori came to visit. Even though it wasn't the official end of Logan's PhD, it was a very exciting event for us. We are all so proud of him, his sacrifice and his hard work to get to this point.

Logan and his classmate Rachel

Love this family of ours! We did it!

Grateful for the support of these two!

Especially since they kept the kids while we got away to house hunt in Georgia. It was so fun to celebrate graduation like this!

We bought a house! Our trip was definitely whirlwind, but we really enjoyed getting to know our new home. It was a time when we really relied on the Spirit to help us make a good choice and we really felt his influence. We were also really grateful for the church in our lives as we were able to make connections with other members who helped us so much.

Logan couldn't help taking this picture while we were there.

As the saying goes, while the cats are away, the mice will play. The kids got spoiled beyond measure while Grammie and Papa were in charge. Lucky kids!
