February came along and the family settled more and more into a routine. The girls became more and more comfortable with their little brother. Until one day, I turned around and they had tried to dress him like one of them.
We are definitely Olympic lovers in this house. So, for the opening ceremonies we celebrated with Olympic Ring pancakes.
Since Carli didn't get much of a celebration for her 6th birthday I promised her a Valentine party with her friends. It was a fun time with LOTS of little girls.
After those festivities we relaxed with a heart-shaped pizza.
And settled in to look at this little sweetheart.
This was a pretty normal sight in our house throughout the winter. Darla and Carli (aka Darli) spent a lot of time together, especially reading. Biggest bookworms I know.
